Create a cool club T-shirt and get a chance to win the “Big Boy’s Style” trophy! Just register on the registration area and submit the T-shirt with the design on it. Remember, you’re suppose to submit the actual t-shirt and not a printed out design! It would be a plus if your club wears your design!

Think your club can take home the Big Boy’s Home Boys trophy? Well, the Club with the most number of attendees for the Audition Anniversary will surely win this one! Make sure to call all your clubmates and mark their calendars for Audition’s 3rd Year Anniversary!

The Club with  the highest ranking deserves to be Big Boy’s Top Dogs. The highest ranking club will receive the first ever Big Boy’s Top Dogs trophy!

Live Contests

Audista Balloon Dance

• Facilitators will call pairs from the audience. They will then be asked to put a balloon in between themselves and make sure that it does not fall on the ground.
• The facilitator will then ask the players to move the balloon so that it would touch a corresponding body part.
• Participants are not allowed to use their hands.
• Participants must also dance while the contest is on-going.
• The pair who will not make their balloon fall the longest wins a prize.

Limbo-rock!

• Facilitators will call people from the audience.
• They will then be asked to form a line.
• Each participant will go under a pole. Each round, the pole lowers.
• The last person who can limbo under the pole without falling wins.

Audition Relay Race

• Facilitators will call 4 teams of 5 members from the audience.
• Participants will then line-up in front of a “mystery bag” where food items are placed.
• Each member must consume one item from the “mystery bag”.
• The first team to eat all the items wins the prize.

On-the-Spot Fan Art Contest

Theme: “Audition: The Hottest Gaming Barkada”

Mechanics:

• Interested individuals must register to participate. Only the first 20 registrants may participate in the event.
• They will provide their own materials for the event. The fan art can be colored or black and white.
• No sexually explicit or vulgar artworks. The facilitators have the right to not accept these types of entries.
• Only Audition-inspired characters are allowed.
• The Audition Team will only provide 2 pieces of paper with a mark to state that the paper is indeed the official entry for the contest. Participants may not ask for extra paper.
• One entry per person only.
• When submitting an entry, the participant must write the following information at the back of the paper:
  • Name of Participant
  • IGN
  • Username
  • 2-sentence description of your fan art, preferably explaining the drawing’s relation to the theme.
  • E-mail address
  • Contact number
• The fan art entries will be judged by the Audition Team. Judges are:
  • Audition Product Manager –PM Big Boy
  • X-Play’s Graphic Artist – Marian Kalingo
  • Audition Community Manager – CM Sefie
• Criteria for judging is as follows:
  • Originality – 30%
  • Creativity – 30%
  • Portrayal of the Given Theme – 40%
• Scores of each judge will be added and averaged. The top 3 entries will win 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place.
• All submitted entries will become the property of X-Play and may be used by the company for any type of publicity in the future. Artists will be credited once their work is published.
• X-Play and E-games employees are not eligible to enter this competition.

Audista Fashionista

Guidelines:

I. Registration

• Only 60 participants will be accepted during the event.
• Interested Audistas can pre-register or register during the event.
• Pre-registered participants will have priority for slots during the event itself, but pre-registering does not guarantee an slot in the official list of contestants. Pre-registered participants must be at the venue on or before 1pm to secure their slot.
• Pre-registered participants must e-mail the following at audistafashionista@gmail.com.
  • The subject head for the e-mail should be “Audista Fashionista R2D4 Entry – (Place your IGN here)”
  • Attach 2 screenshots of the Audition clothes you will be patterning your look with.
  • E-mail the following details along with the images:

    • Address:
    • Contact Number/s:
    • E-mail:
• For those who will be registering during the event, you must provide 3 printed copies of the Audition clothes you patterned your look with.
• Registering in the event signifies that the participant has given IP-Egame and X-Play, their sponsors and authorized press media the authority to take pictures and videos of the registrants. These said pictures and/or videos will be the property of the organizers, sponsors and authorized press media and may be used for publications and advertising promotions. Participants under the age of 18 must have their guardian sign a waiver form which will be handed out during the event.
• All interested individuals must register on or before 1pm. Late individuals will not be allowed to register after the cut off time.
• X-Play and e-Games employees are not allowed to participate in the event.

II. Event Proper

• All participants must be present once the facilitator during the contest
• Contestants are not allowed to wear costumes that are revealing. X-Play and IP-Egame has the right to disqualify any participants who violate the guidelines.
• There will be no dressing area for the contestants. Contestants may use the available comfort rooms in the event proper to change into their costumes.

III. Criteria for Judging

• The criteria for judging is as follows:

o    Creativity – 40%

o    Accuracy – 40%

o    Stage Performance – 10%

o    Audience Impact – 10%

• The judges for the event are the following:

o    Product Manager, X-Play – August De Guzman

o    Audition’s Singing Sensation – Brenan

• The judges’ decision is final.
